EyeKon is a desktop application that uses patented Attention Tracking Technology (ATT) to restore genuine eye contact and attention during video calls. It monitors your gaze in real time and delivers subtle, private cues (audio/visual) without altering the video feed so you naturally look toward the camera. All processing happens locally on your device for maximum privacy. It works seamlessly with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, and any other video platform on Windows or macOS.
Who it’s for: Business professionals, sales teams, educators, students, job seekers, therapists, online proctoring companies, autism/ADHD training pediatrics, remote workers, and anyone who wants to build trust and engagement in virtual interactions.

You’re done! No additional configuration is needed for most users.
1. Restart your computer (recommended first time) or launch EyeKon from the tray/menu bar icon.
2. Activate your subscription/trial if prompted (one-time step).
3. Position your webcam at eye level for optimal results.
4. EyeKon auto-detects when you join any supported video call — no manual activation required.
Tip: Watch the “How it Works” demo video on the homepage for a quick visual walkthrough.
1. Start or join your call normally (Zoom, Teams, etc.). EyeKon activates automatically.
2. A small floating window appears on the left side of your screen:
Green = Strong gaze/attention toward the camera
Red = Gaze has drifted
3. Keep your eyes on the camera area.
4. Subtle audio cue: If your gaze drifts for more than ~12 seconds, you’ll hear a private, gentle beep (only you can hear it).
5. Click or tap the floating window to expand it and access:
Live Mode – Real-time gaze signal and status
API View – Detailed technical diagnostics (advanced users)
Call Stats – Current-session summary
Your actual video feed remains completely untouched — participants see you exactly as normal.
– When the call ends, EyeKon automatically generates a detailed local report and prompts you to save it.
– Report contents:
– Eye-Contact Score
– Gaze Drift Analysis
– Attention heatmaps/timeline
– Performance trends and personalized improvement insights
– Reports are saved to your chosen local folder or drive (no cloud upload unless you choose). Review them to track progress over time.
– Use EyeKon consistently to build natural eye-contact habits.
– Practice in short, low-stakes calls first.
– Combine with good lighting and eye-level camera positioning.
– For education, therapy, or training: Share anonymized report trends with students/clients if desired.
– Headphones recommended for clearest audio cues.
– Floating window missing: Restart EyeKon or your video app. Confirm permissions are granted.
– Camera not detected: Check OS privacy settings → Camera → Allow EyeKon.
– No audio cues: Verify system volume and that you’re not on mute in the call app.
– Lag on older hardware: Close background apps or reduce video resolution.
– Report not saving: Ensure write permissions for the chosen folder.
– Subscription issues: Log out/in via the tray icon or visit Paddle account.
