We want you to be completely satisfied with EyeKon App. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a straightforward and transparent refund policy outlined below.
- Free Trial Period – 14 days
- EyeKon offers a 14-day free trial.
- No credit card is required during the trial.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charges.
- Money-Back Guarantee for Paid Subscriptions
Monthly Subscriptions
- Full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
- If you cancel and request a refund within 30 days of being charged, you will receive a 100% refund of that month’s payment, no questions asked.
- After 30 days, monthly payments are non-refundable.
Annual (Yearly) Subscriptions
- Full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
- If you request a refund within 30 days of payment, you will receive a 100% refund of the annual fee.
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
- Prorated Refunds
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or years if you cancel mid-cycle. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
- Select “Request a Refund” (if eligible) or contact our support team at support@eyekonapp.com.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
- Exceptions – No Refunds Provided
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse of the platform, excessive usage beyond fair use, illegal activity).
- Requests made after the eligible refund window (30 days).
- Usage of significant platform resources or features (e.g., exporting large amounts of data) may void refund eligibility at our discretion.
- Purchases made through third-party resellers or app stores (subject to their respective refund policies).
- Enterprise or Custom Plans
- Enterprise, custom, or white-label plans are subject to the refund terms outlined in your signed agreement.
- Typically, these plans are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract.
- Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
